We got the run around from Ifit that it would be another 2-3 weeks before the part was delivered to us (they received it around 3/27/21). We waited until 1st week of April for replacement part (as we had purchased warranty and the item was newly purchased from Costco). The mother board went out on the display, which prevented us from viewing our workouts or changing settings like resistance. This Proform rowing machine only costs $399.99 & comes with an online membership. Prior to the popularity of “at home gyms” the Concept2 Rower with the PM5 display costs around $1,000, but now they are $1,500+. It has been around since the late 1970’s & is used in competitions worldwide. So for those of you who don’t know, the Concept2 rower is the gold standard. The iFit membership can cost upwards of $396 per year, so this is a great value. The great thing about this, as well as the spin bike, is that it comes with a 1 year iFit membership. I wanted to be able to connect to an online membership so I can progress through classes, as opposed to just rowing by myself. Some of the features I am looking for comes with this Proform Sport Rower. I’ve been waiting for Peloton to develop a rower, but that may never happen so this may be the next best option. Costco is selling this proform rowing machine for $399. I just posted about the Costco Proform Bike, which was located right next to this sport rower.
